Is it just me, or has Facebook been FULL of awesome reads lately? Seriously, Huffington Post Parents has me in tears practically every. single. day.

one | Here’s Exactly What I’m Going to Do About my Toddler’s Wild Hair

Crazy hairs is like, a part of daily life here at the Cotten house. There is just no taming Dorothy’s hair. It’s thin, blonde, super poofy and practically stands on end. And she only lets me put it up in a ridiculous looking pony on the top of her head.

But, like the author of this great Huffington Post article by Becky Tountas, I’m not doing anything to it. We’re just letting it go, and seeing what happens. Plus, I’m very against cutting bangs because growing them back out is a biotch. So there’s that.

two | Are You Lonely, Mama?

Seriously, I couldn’t say it better myself. I’ve wanted to, trust me, but apparently my brain forgot the word “lonely.” Kristen at When At Home basically put everything I’ve been feeling into words.

three | 30 Things That Start To Happen When You’re Almost 30

This Rhumor’s list is spot on. Specifically #20, “Your back hurts when you do strenous tasks, like getting out of bed in the morning,” because I actually have done that TWICE in recent weeks.

I also had to include the bestie’s comment there, because she would. Bahaha!

four | Dangerous At Any Speed

Contrary to #17 above, I know exactly one YouTube star. She happens to be my beautiful cousin, Kelsey, who (writes? records? performs? what is the right verb here?) a vlog titled Dangerous At Any Speed. She’s 23, lives in LA, and is figuring out adulthood via YouTube.
