Instead of another wordy blog post, I thought today I would treat you all to some pretty pictures.
The fact that today’s doctor appointment included a flu shot, a pertussis vaccine AND a blood test – and now my arms are sore – may also factor into this decision.
Courtny and I don’t have many professional pictures together. Meaning the only “professional” photos I have are from our wedding, and… they’re not great. This was my obviously convincing argument to the dear hubby to let me have some maternity pictures taken.
We have some amazingly talented friends, two of which just happen to be incredible photographers. Seriously, if you need maternity/baby/family/portrait/wedding/any type of photography – Cammi is your girl. Check out Ardent Owl Photography for more of her work!
But in the meantime, look how cute she made the Cotten family look. 
I can’t mention Cammi without giving a shameless plug to her main squeeze, Bram of Bram Photography. These two are the power couple of photography.

I’ve been in awe of all that you are undertaking during this month of uncertainty – come on baby! We were holding out for October 4th, Uncle Donnie’s birthday.
ALL of the photos have been fun and beautiful – best wishes for your “natural” birth as it comes about.
Hope Courtny isn’t a bow hunter and planning to be sitting out in a tree somewhere as his own little deer is coming into our world.
