Hi. I fell off the face of the {blogging} planet again. Sorry, not sorry.
I didn’t mean to, really. But the Cotten house has been SLIGHTLY busy over the last two weeks. Mr. Cotten and I have been trading off parental duties – as in we have been literally handing off Dorothy to each other at the high school weight room between track practice and guard practice. I “chaperoned” 30 students to Dayton this past weekend for three days of competition and an insane amount of hairspray. Not to mention I have been running my toddler to all of her social activities (see: school, MOPs, dance and birthday parties). And then I’m also working behind the scenes on some fun stuff for this little blog. Fellow bloggers – be on the lookout for some guest post opportunities soon!
Oh, and I’m massively pregnant… as if you could miss it.
So, yes. In summary: I’m alive, I’m still pregnant, and I’m working on some cool things. Bear with me here.
And just because a weekend recap on the following Thursday makes total sense (not), have some photos. They’re physical proof that I’ve been running around like a maniac lately, and that this blog is the first thing to be neglected (followed shortly behind by my husband).
And that’s been my life lately.
Then, there’s Dorothy. I wish someone would drive me around and put me to sleep on days when I’m especially cranky. Being two is hard.
