I’m late on posting my January Stitch Fix, and I’m behind on my Five on Fridays, so today I said heck with it and combined the two.
Five on Friday + five Stitch Fix items = pure genius (IMO).
When I opened this Fix, I pretty much immediately decided that this was the best worst Fix ever. It was the inevitable. Its my husband’s worst nightmare.
I wanted to keep the whole box.
Lucky for Courtny, my opinion changed when I tried on the clothes. I still loved the idea of everything, but a few of the pieces just missed the mark when actually on. That doesn’t mean that I didn’t break my one item rule anyway…

1.
RD Style Trinity Raglan Knit Hi-Lo Sweater Tunic – KEEP!
I love this sweater, mostly because it’s a tunic. Wearing leggings as pants is a new thing for me, but let’s be honest – I stay at home. Leggings are my new best friend. I’m not overly crazy about the color of this sweater, but I am crazy about how cozy it is. Perfect for this -20* Indiana winter!
2.
THML Arroyo Stripe & Dot Print Sweater Dress
I thought I would for sure keep this dress. Unfortunately the sleeves were too big, and the bottom was too small. But, I did love the colors and print, and I think I could see myself wearing sweater dresses in my new daily life. They’re easy, warm and casual. Hopefully Stitch Fix sends me more like this – just in a normal size.
3.
41 Hawthorn Corinna Striped Dolman Top
Cute, but not worth the money. I feel like I’ve received a version of this top in every Fix, and every time I send it back. Maybe this time they’ll get the hint. I can get this at Old Navy, in a more durable fabric, for half the price. And trust me, I need durable with my Drooly McDroolstein, aka Dorothy.
4.
Fate Garvey Tribal Print Open Front Cardigan
Oh, sweater. I would adore you if the bottom wasn’t sewn in an awkward way. Hopefully you can see in the photo, because I can’t even explain it. Ugh.
5.
Bay To Baubles Paige Chain Collar Necklace – KEEP!
This is so me. Simple, yet makes a statement, and goes with everything. Plus, I’m totally crushing on gold right now, so this necklace fits the bill.
